when i installed the v.32 i noticed that the cpu monitor comes up more and it affects my recording. i have 2G of ram and a 3.4G HT. i was using a logitech untravision webcam USB. the other versions i recorded fine but the video and sound was jumpy... it was doing it with my dv cam via firewire.

It's quite normal that one camera('s driver) uses more CPU than another camera('s driver), so you can't make this comparison. If the exact same setup (all other software and hardware included) shows a different CPU usage over two different VidBlaster versions, then get back to me.
