We're testing Vidblaster and so far, we are impressed. We want to go and buy it and go live with it once a week.

There is one issue though. The video is coming from 3 camera's, two firewire and one usb.
The sound is coming from separate mics, through a mixer into the line-in from the computer.

When playing (or streaming), the sound is a bit ahead of the video. Is there a way in Vidblast to delay the audio?
If not, what are my alternatives to get them better synced?

When i do a search on the forum I find some announcements about audio delay in Vidblaster, but I cannot find it in the software.

TIA!

Hi Ed, welcome to the forum and good to see another Dutch user of VidBlaster.

Audio delay in the software has not been implemented yet. If your PC is fast enough and you use a good video grabber, then delay is hardly an issue. Firewire and USB however do introduce a delay, and the solution is to delay your audio as well. This can be done with audio delay units, a mixer with built-in audio delayer, or by using a firewire or USB sound card which most of the times introduce a delay that's close to what you need.

As posted in another thread the DaanSystems Radio Delay (http://www.daansystems.com/radiodelay/) may give you the result you need.
