when playing video no sound go out to the server , help pls

We need much more information to answer your question. What video, camera, Player, overlay etc?
You cannot use camera sound,you should use a mic mixer for best sound.
Depends on if live video or playback? What are you choosing in the Sound module? Can't give you help not knowing the particulars.
