I installed the Studio edition on my laptop (vista)and everything was working great. I than upgraded the OS to windows 7 and ver 1.16 of Vidblaster. I now get the splash screen to enter my product key. I than enter my key and I get a message that it is not valid. I have tried multiple times and triple checked that I typed it in correctly but for not. Can someone please help. Larry

Mike you were right I was trying to use my activation key. I reviewed my old emails and that is the only key that I can find. Can you please direct my as to what I need to do get my copy of VB Studio out of the trial mode. I purchased the license last Austust.28, 2009

Went to shareit.com and they have no record of me or my email address. I did talk to a real person and without a email or order number on file they could not help. I thought I could get a order number from the US reseller but they are no longer listed. And shareit's instructions were to contact VB.
So you bought a license from a reseller who no longer is a reseller? Who's that? And assuming he sent you the product key by email, can't you simply retrieve that email?

My error in not double checking with my city clerk on the vendor I purchased from. I purchased from VidBlasterUS and Scott was great in getting what I needed. MY copy of Vidblaster is now licensed again.
