When drawing a screen capture currently, the user can draw a box freely. Unfortunately, unless the user is lucky or patient, getting a portion of the screen captured that matches the dimensions of the video is hard to do. Therefor, when you take the screen capture screen full, it almost always has black bars on the side or top.
It would be awesome to be able to limit the screen capture box that you draw to the dimensions of the video you are shooting so taking a screen capture full screen fills in the entire space. This is not to say that you'd be limited to 320x240 if that's what you are shooting in, but rather you could scale your capture box larger or shorter and it would still fit within those dimensions completely.
Another idea: Some way to select a window to capture. I've seen this is screen capture software and it takes some of the guess work out of this.
