[fixed] Flash Media Encoder and v0.38 not working.

This version is certainly more snappy that prior versions, however FME can't see VidBlaster any more so I'm dead in the water.
I checked all the usual things, Streaming to a client app, FME input device is VidBlaster, etc.

Did you have FME working before installing 0.38 or is this the first time you are trying to use FME?

Have been using it since 0.32

By the way "can't see VidBlaster" isn't exactly true, FME says "There's a problem with you DV source" when its started. I suppose I could reinstall FME and see if that helps... But after FME loads, VidBlaster shows up in FME but no video feed appears.
