Capture Card (FASTVDO)

We have a USB capture card from FASTVDO called Smartcapture Pro and your software does not see the card. Is this a driver issue? Also if we want to stream video on USTREAM do we need the home or pro version?

Most likely. You'll have to install the WDM driver that comes with it. Unless it's a very old design, the manufacturer should have added one.

All versions can stream to Ustream.
