Corrupt Downloads

I am having a problem downloading a working setup program. I have tried the US and European servers but they both have installation programs that are smaller than what they are supposed to be, and they both show corrupt when I attempt to run them. The US mirror show a file that is 8.5 meg after complete and the European mirror shows 7.9 meg after complete. I can clear my browser cache and redownload many times, but get the same file sizes.

Any ideas?

I checked and the files are okay. No idea what would be causing this for you.
