What camera features

Now that I used Vid blaster for a season of HS football I am ready to upgrade our cameras. Asking what brand is like asking car brands, everyone has a favorite. What I would like to know is what FEATURES are must haves or real nice in a camera to stream high school football games (or other sports)?
