I have tried this on two different machines, with varius global video resolutions and streaming devices (eg Windows media server and VVD) in versions 1.19, 1.22 and 1.23. Does not matter if the global video resolution is set to lower, equal or higher than 720x406. Setting all other selectable streaming resolution works.
Manually setting 720x406 does not work, it just keeps the current setting. Setting to Auto works, ie it at least seems to stream at 720x406 if that is the global video resolution.
