[fixed] 427 width breaks FME

I'm pretty sure streaming the 427 width video into Adobe FME is causing FME to crash because it is not divisible by 16, 8, 4 or 2.
Could I suggest 480x272 as a very useful 16:9 resoluiton?
or 400x224.

Actually instead of a dropdown selector for resolution on the streamer and other places, why not a dialog box asking for width and height?

I changed it to 428*240. Don't know 480*272 but did add some other common wide resolutions.
