[closed] Autoplay a Directory

I would like a module that would be a ddr that once loaded and configured would play a specified directory of media. I would like the module smart enough that if I added media to the playlist that it would continue to play until reset.

It should also be smart enough that using a naming convention would allow the list to be played in order of the naming convention.

1-Media-one.mp4
2-Media-two.mp4
3-whatever-media.mp4

As an example I have 3 media files playing one after the other. When it hit the end of media file 3 it would check to see if media file 4 was there if not it would cycle back to media file 1.. This could be interlinked with the scheduler idea I posted already.

I think the "Playlist" Module already does this.

Sync to Folder

Displays the Open dialog to select a folder to which the playlist will be synchronized. Note synchronization will automatically stop when the commands Add File, Remove File or Import Folder are selected.



Loop

Normally when a player has requested the last file in the playlist, no more files will be passed and the player will eventually stop. When this flag is set, the playlist will continue from the top and so the corresponding player will never stop.

Todd, what is a ddr? And please explain me why the Playlist module's Sync to Folder does not suffice.
