re-installed vidblaster but now have home instead of pro

My lap top and tower were behaving badly so I had them formatted and reinstalled all my software. I followed the instructions on getting my keys but, when I used the key it didn't allow me to use pro. I had recently upgraded to pro.
How can I remedy this.

Carol,

You may be using the old key for your original Home edition. See if you can locate the newer key for the Pro edition. Let me know if you cannot find it, I might be able to help you locate it.
