Unable to activate the VB home edition

I just bought the Home version of Vid Blaster. I already had dowloaded the demo version which prompted me to enter the validation number. I entered the number received with my purchase confirmation but it said it was only a temporary one that I should receive another FINAL one by e-mail. I did received and another one , which I copied into the validation area, but it still does'nt work. I think that second number was to activate my custumer support inscription.

What am I doing wrong ?
