[fixed] Vidblaster 0.43 + FME 3.0 Grey Screen

When I select the virtual interface in FME 2.5 or 3.0 all I get is a grey box, no video.

Yes, but there is no red indicator at top left where it looks like there should be one.

I tested some more and found the following:

If Camera 1 (DV Camera on firewire) is active the streamer wont work, if I switch it to screen capture or a normal webcam it does work.
If I stream 'before' Camera 1 (DV Camera on firewire) is active then Camera 1 doesn't work, so I can either have my DV cam on or I can stream but not both.
