Mike,

I upgraded my little dell laptop to a Core 2 Duo 3.3 Dell desktop. I installed Studio 0.42 and the streamer does not function. Tried 0.43 and same issue.

I was using 0.40 on the dell laptop and the streame worked fine. Is 0.40 still around somewhere? I'd like to try this new hardware when we stream the soccer matches Thursday afternoon (5 pm CDT) and was hoping 0.40 would do the trick.

Thanks for a great work here!

I am using a compaq presario and beta.43 and .42 are not providing the streaming either. Would also appreciate .40 so I can stream to U-Stream.

Much Thanks!

Hi Ken, welcome to the forum!

The streamer in v0.43 works as long as you do not use the first video device in any of the camera modules. The streamer in v0.42 works fine, check your settings (read the help about streaming to the internet). Later this week I hope to release v0.44 btw.

Mike,

Thanks for the quick reply. I have switched to video device 2 and 3 in Cameras 1 and 2, but still cannot stream. I hace removed all camera modules, but no stream. I'm using v0.43.

Thanks for, your help.

Ok, thanks! I've got it streaming without a problem. Now, I'm looking into using IP cameras. could you provide what the url would generally look like for an IP camera used here? Have tried several URLs, but not getting anything....thanks! Loving this application and will contact you to discuss becoming an affiliate, and to share with you my project!

The idea is to put in the URL of your own IP cameras :) But I can understand you just want to see it work. I will add a sample profile with some IP cameras to the upcoming release. Should you have more IP cam related questions then please open a new topic, or use an existing if available. Thanks.
