Two Intensity Pro cards

I have started using a second Intensity pro card and the video from the two cards is not in sync. In knew there would be audio sync issues and I was ready to work around them, but the video from one card is noticiblely different then the second card. Both are using component in and have ideditical setting in the Blackmagic control panel and in Vid blaster.

I have read where you should use the same type of camera connection to reduce issues, so what am I doing wrong? (Computer shows less than 40% CPU usage)

Could be your system bus is not keeping up resulting in different processing delays (note DeckLinks cards use software processing), or VidBlaster can't keep up because one of the cores is overloading. If you're not sure about cameras, use one camera for both cards (T cable) to exclude them as a problem.
