incomplete d/l

When I try and d/l thje setup, all I get is a 144kb d/l insted of the full ~8mb .exe.

I have tried d/l from 3 different workstations with 3 different internet connections and all have the same result....

any thoughts? If there an FTP I can pull from?

I just tried all 3 (VidBlaster EU, VidBlaster US and VidBlaster Studio on the forum) and had the 10 MB in no time. Must be at your end.
