Currently When you have "Program" Cam1 on and "Preview" Player 1 ready to play a file (AVI, MOV, WAV, FLA) when you either click the "Cut" or "Trans" button you still have to press play for the Player 1 to start. This should start automatically.
Also you should remove the trans button on the player and replace it with a rewind button or just create a Dial button like the commercial Video decks that allow you to rewind or forward at a slow to fast speed (the more you turn the dial the faster the operation goes). That way you are able to Que up your scene.
