Hello again, Mike/VB Friends!
Notwithstanding a few adjustments to my set up, I am totally in love with VidBlaster! After playing with it and testing various setups with my PC, audio mixer, cameras (even the low-budget ones), I believe I have found the ideal for my needs. It appears that the deinterlacing issue is gone and I am a happy camper!
I am making a recommendation to my church that we consider purchasing for remote shoots. Thought about loaning my machine out to a friend to use for an upcoming project, but not wanting to part with my baby.
Mike, thanks for a well thought out product; and, to those of you who have offered suggestions for enhancement, your attention to detail and workflow are commendable! Thanks to you, I'm still trying to think of new, creative ways to do my job.
