Have Video Resize Method option.
options are:
1) keep aspect ratio (default)
2) resize to fit

This would add much flexibility with input sources and custom output resolutions.

All video from players and cameras is already automatically and in real time resized (and centered) while respecting the aspect ratio. Why would you want to distort it with a resize to fit?
