i tried to put in an activation code but it wont work. when i reinstalled v.39 it was back to normal not asking for any code. how can i fix this? i cant find the old code i used for this system. is there a way to get the old activation codes again?

The procedure to obtain an activation key has not changed: simply follow the instructions on screen.

but i loose an activation number since we are only "allowed" 5

I think you're confusing VidBlaster with Mevio's CastBlaster now? The VidBlaster license is for you as a person, in that regard there is no limitation on the number of activations (unless I suspect abuse obviously).

hmm i sent a request for another one for the other system and it said activation #2 thats why i asked.

Oh, there's a counter all right. Again, a check is in place to prevent abuse of licenses.
