I can play an MP4 video, see and hear the MP4 file in "Player 1".
It will not work in "Preview" at all. It will not work in "Program" at all.
I try to re-encode and it sits at 0% (been waiting 30 min for it to move and it hasn't)
I have tried Pro and Studio and get the same result. (with un-installing before installing different version)
Any help is appreciated.
Sounds like you have an older version and did not load the Video Switcher. Use v0.47.

Haha, just when I think I'm thorough in my descriptions you come back with version information. You are right sir. I have v0.46. Uninstalling old ver and downloading .47 now.
Will let you know results.

I have the same issue. I am using V1 Beta, the newest version I could find. I tried re-installing VidBlaster and that did not fix the problem. I see the video in the Player window but not in the Program window or the Streaming window. I encoded the MP4 multiple times and have tried both the .MP4 container and QuickTime container with the same results.

Haven't heard from CTRaider so will be interesting to hear how he solved this.
Is it only for a particular file (if so, please let me know where I can download it or upload it to my dropio), for all mp4 files or for all video files?

I have tried re-rendering the file multiple times as well as rendering other MP4 files as tests and still have the problem. A note on the issue. I had the Core Codec installed prior to this and it displayed but upside down. I read in another forum thread, that I needed to uninstall the Core codec to address the issue of the upside down video, now I do not see the video at all.
The file plays fine here so this looks like a codec problem on your PC. There are a lot of (free) codec packages out there and most of them are the worst software ever designed. And getting rid of them is almost impossible unless you know what to look for. I suggest removing all of them, and google (or ask here for help) to find out how to get rid of all the remnants. Worst case you may need to clean the PC and reinstall everything fresh. VidBlaster comes with licensed high quality codecs and I strongly recommend using only these.
