[closed] Text overlay color + text only + text over parts of nothing

Since you've posted that VB is close to it's final release I thought I shouldn't wait anymore to report some very basic bugs that happen to me every version. Tested and screenshots taken on VB 1.00 trial right after the install.

1. The text overlay color gets mangled with any video background. Only on an empty black player does it have a solid color.

2. When there is no background selected, overlay text cannot be set.

3. When using custom made overlay png's, the text doesn't work.

This was caused by VB running in 4:3 and the overlay being 16:9.

3. The overlay text only displays over the graphic, in other places it's invisible.

Items 2+3 are actually normal, you need to load a background graphic for the text. But I want to extend functionality some day so that this is no longer necessary (best make it a feature request if it's not already there, so I won't forget).

Item 1. is a bug, but you seem to be the only one having this as I've seen many using text overlays (and I always test it). I bet it has something to do with the graphics card. Can you tell me what graphics card you use, what resolution and what bit depth? Did you make sure the driver is up-to-date (better give me the driver version too). I notice it's okay in the other shot, do you see some system in when it works and when not?
