I just installed vidblaster on a new laptop I got, and installed my pro key. Vidblaster only streams at 320x240 no matter what resolution I set it to stream at.
I'm pretty sure this didn't happen when I quickly tried out the trial version before entering my key.
Describe your VB configuration and overall setup incl. streaming program.

I got it fixed.
I uninstalled 1.0, installed .47.
At this point vidblaster was only outputting 640x360 no matter the resolution selected.
I also activated at this point, thinking it was a limiation until you activate.
I then uninstalled .47, and installed 1.00 again and the stream and record resolution switched as they should.
The streamer program doesn't matter, but I used FME and virtual dub to capture the streams. They just read what vidblaster sends.
to replicate I would try a install on a clean machine, then enter a pro key, and don't activate. That is what produced the problem.
I think you just had the settings wrong (either global or streaming), or forgot to unload FME (as it locks the VVD).
