Custom/Higher 4:3 resolutions?

Any way to get higher 4:3 resolutions - higher than 640x480, that is? I'd like to produce at 800x600 or, even better, 1024x768 since thats native to the projectors I'm feeding. Any way to hack vidblaster to get that option available? Even through hexedit? :-)
