Just followed this post and wanted to comment on a couple of things.
I have a couple of Cards and a couple of Conceptronics Home Video Creator usb capture cards.
The Osprey card capture quality is very good, it's instantly and perfectly recognized by VidBlaster, and it provides flawless capture and in our case, a steady streaming experience. It takes s-video, compsite, bnc, and balanced and un-balanced audio.
The Home Video Creator, on the other hand, is a very affordable model, which does a nice and decent job at capturing video, sometimes we've had hard times making Windows Media Encoder or Flash Media Encoder recognizing the audio coming straight from that device (direct connection, not trough VB), but other than that it's a an advisable low cost usb capture device.
We will soon be testing a Winnov Videum Duo. As soon as VidBlaster compatibility is tested out I'll post the results.
