Mike,
Good news, loaded VB 1.06 beta from VB 1.04 and using the same desktop design and modules I used in VB 1.04 with NO problems. The setup is . . . (please note I'm up 24/7 with something streaming)
4 Camera Modules (3 camera's running 24/7)
7 Player Modules
3 Effects Modules
5 overlay Modules
1 Audio Module
1 Streamer Module
1 Recorder Module
and Switcher
All modules basically have something showing and are ready to go for streaming either Auto switcher or looping between two players.
With No problems loading and streaming, I can skip the bug reports!
On the good side, I did notice CPU cycles reduce by 8 - 10% ;D and the Audio Module correctly checked the Soundblaster Line-in input. ::)
Good Job Mike!
I've seen your stream many times, it looks very good. Can you close all bug reports that are no longer valid (just post a Closed message and I will officially close them). Thanks.

I have been running VB1.06 beta now since the first post and I have had no problems in my setup. All my 24/7 streaming has been mostly trouble free. The only system things that I am still working out, are video/audio sync issues that I can not resolve, as well as click/pops in the recorded show audio which I can not track down. I do not think these are VB problems, but I did not see these issues in vb1.02 or 1.04???????
Mike,
The click & pops in the audio track are "AUDIO GAPS" (not level spikes). I only hear them in recorded shows, and not in the live stream audio! CPU usage was 50%
If you check my site now you should hear them, as long as the show playing was recorded using VB1.06. I wait for any comments!
Wow talk about lag. and way out of sync. Wish I could help. Hang in there you will figure it out!
Good Luck
I heard them in the live stream too. If you did not have it before you can verify if it is really VidBlaster, although it sounds more likely the HDD is causing interrupts when doing its DMA transfer, causing a brief interruptions of the audio stream. Could be the HDD is set too aggressive (check the block transfer setting in the BIOS), or the sound card is not buffering enough. If you recently changed/updated either of this hardware, start there. The easy way out is to lower CPU usage.

Thank you for the ideas, but I need to research the setting you are talking about. I also can't find a buffer setting in the soundcard!
I am now using VB 1.07 and hoping for the best!
Update!
VB 1.07 is up and I quickly noticed some bug fixes.
1) The camera aspect ratio "auto" now works for my Sony and 1.73 setting does not need to be checked... Thank you!
2) The font overlay sizes are bigger and fit my longer text. . . Thank you
3) .. I didn't find anymore, yet!
The two shows running all weekend were recorded Live using VB 1.07. I still have sync and audio pop trouble. I did prove to myself, that the audio pops are added during the recording process and not heard on the Live show.
