Sound for VidBlaster

ok I am running vidblaster and I also use a sound board for most of my audio and so my question is can I run the vidblaster sound through my sound board as well.

Ok I have already tried the help menu and I have not found that very helpful. The main reason that it is not helpful is that the setup that it wants me to try is the same setup I run for another computer and I already tried swapping that out and it does not work with vidblaster. Now just keep in mind I want it to come out of the computer running vidblaster and into a sound board so that I can control it from there. I run an internet radio station and would like to have sound on there when I play videos, but like I said I run it through the sound board and then vidblaster also goes through a program called livestream that outs the video up on the internet.

Wow if this is the way somebody runs a business when he has paying customers it is really sad. I have been waiting for several days and have not heard back from you maybe I should just drop the software and go with a company that has better support. I have never had this much trouble with any other company. Oh and by the way this is going on my blog.

Sir if I may....

I have read and re-read your posts and either your problem is a very simple one that you should be able to figure out or you haven't described your problem very well. I honestly can't figure out which of the two it is. It looks like you are trying to take the audio output from vidblaster and route it to your mixing console. From there the output of your mixing console should route back into your soundcard. Dozens of us are doing this right now so what are we missing that is special to your situation? If you provide more detail, perhaps we can offer better help.

By the way the support from this forum is very, very good.
