how to stream multiple camers to Livestream (was: a Few questions)

Hey all,

I just had a few questions that I would like to be answered and I was wondering if you could help me, I looked around the forum for answers first but could not come up with any. I am wondering if any of you have used LiveStream to stream your videos with vidblaster and if you are, exactly how you are doing it? I have the trial version and could not seem to get livestream to recognize vidblaster. I have an external video switcher that I can use but I wanted to using vidblaster to see how I like it. We are wanting to use multiple high end broadcast cameras and I didnt know you were all connecting your cameras to one computer? Are you connecting them via Firewire HUB or USB hub, and if you are does vidblaster recognize the firewire hub as one camera or as several. Any help is appreciated on this matter thanks!

I broadcast two, 3ccd cameras via USB connection to LiveStream, It works fine..if you go to the streaming module it will show you a selection of streaming sites including LiveStream. just click it, put in your site login and password and it will stream. I use VB version 1.05. I tested firewire and USB with livestream, and since it is all recoded to flash, it works fine, good quality. Remember, there will be a lag if you transmit with one comuputer and try to view with another..
