graphic template for some effects

hi i would like to know if it would be possible to make it so some of the effects we can make a template for it. for example when you watch the news and you see two people in it there is a graphic that the two video windows reside. i would love to see something added like that.

I beleive you can already do this in VidBlaster. If you take the video's and put them in the "split vertical 3d" effect you can then set a background as an image or video in another player. If you want that to be dynamic have it as a looping graphic. I would quite like to see an "Effect Generator" which would open in a new pop up and let you choose the number of video inputs and there position, scale, rotation etc. We can already move the PIP image around so to be able to edit the rest doesn't seem like a far cry.
