Yep. If your system is fast enough you can use up to 4 cameras if you have the Pro version of VidBlaster.

cool. ;)
so a 3.4Ghz HT should be fine then with 768M? when will you post a min requirement? i also sent you an email about testing for you because i have a function coming up and it would be cool to mess with it and give you feedback and a report. ;)

The CPU and mem only goes so far. The drivers for your cameras also play a large role, as does the hardware interface. For the same reason I cannot post a min. requirement, but a true XP system will do fine to use the standard VB version.

It's not a secret. As I have been trying to explain it depends on too many variables. Perhaps better English would have been "I can't say"? Or "I don't know".

Version 0.16 is a standard version, which only supports one camera at a time. The Pro version will be released later.

The ad disappears once you register/buy. This will be possible in the next release :)

Anything will do, including firewire. Of course the PC needs to be able to cope with all of this. For 3 firewire cameras I need a Core 2 Quad.

I tried to connect 2 dv cameras to the firewire and viblaster will only see one and a web cam. where can i find a universal driver to be able to use the two dv cameras at the same time?

Don't know. I have heard of some others having the same problem. I have no problem using multiple cameras over firewire, even when they are the same. Tested on both XP and Vista. All I can say is that it's not a VidBlaster problem, but whether it is Windows, hardware or the camera itself I do not know. Try google.
