[done] Global PAL/NTSC setting

Hello Mike

First on my wishlist is the possibility to set global framerates and resolutions in VidBlaster to conform to PAL and NTSC standards...

Currently VidBlaster runs every thing at 30 fps. But European cameras only record at 25 fps... I see potential problems here...


Is it possible to let VidBlaster work in full res and only have the streamer/recorder downscale the resolution?

If I broadcast something and save it for postarity, I would want it in full res...

You can see the video standard for each camera you use. Also VidBlaster auto transforms all resolutions and frame rates, so there's never a problem anyway. Internally VidBlaster works with 25 fps, not 30.
