Module settings placement

I have been placing the settings for various modules 'behind' them, i.e. you need to rollup the front part to see the back part. Neat, but at times not very practical and sometimes not possible. In StudioRack, which also works with modules, I tried a different approach and put the settings in the module's popup menu, i.e. you have to right click to get to them. In most cases I like this better as it is faster and it won't hide the module itself.

What do you think?

i would prefer having them accesible through teh right click menu.

I think the roll-up settings is a nice feature but may be confusing for the user since they may not be use to it.

I would also like to see an Options menu where you can set default values for things like output, video, graphics, and audio directories, as well as other options (e.g. "pause before recording").

Thanks to all 15 voters. The outcome is clear and I've started moving the settings to the popup menu.
