To use Adobe's FME for streaming to Ustream you need a special FME account with Ustream, which at present can only be obtained by sending a request to brad.hunstable@ustream.tv (UStream founder) and mention you'd like to use their service with VidBlaster and FME. You will loose some functionality (like online recording) but gain quality and reduced video latency. Ustream will make this an open feature in the near future.
Keep in mind FME uses more resources than the standard Ustream client, so don't use FME if your resources are low already.
Update: Ustream has now made this a public feature, for more instructions read this (http://www.ustream.tv/fme-help).
