I also found another problem with Extended (external) displays.
If you move VB to the extended display and select Output to External Monitor (right click in Program window), you lose the ability to control VB because the external display is now showing the Program window. (It also makes it hard to close VB without forcing it closed.)
I know the user "should" not use it in this mode but VB should detect this condition and not allow it to happen or warn the user.
