As new forum member you can only post messages in the General Support and After Hours boards. If you are a licensed VidBlaster user you can get access to the Licensed Users boards by following a simple procedure. To get access, first make sure your real name is entered in your control panel (User CP | Edit Your Details | Real name). Use the format first <space> last name, e.g. "Bill Shatner". Then reply to this message requesting to upgrade your account to Licensed User. Make sure to include the name under which you ordered your VidBlaster license. As soon as I have upgraded your account, your reply will be deleted.
