No Email Recieved for VB Activation

Hey Mike,

I was speaking with you in regards to not recieving a email after sending my code to activate@vidblaster.com.

You said to ask for support on here so I am, did you wish for me to email the account again with the code ? or did you want me to send you the code again so you can activate my product manualy ?

Just wanted to clear that up.

Welcome to the forum, and thanks for posting your problem here so others may learn from it.

In the FAQ you can read

I'm still waiting for my activation key!
Are you sure you sent the activation request according to the instructions on screen to activate@vidblaster.com? If so, you will receive a reply within an hour. If you did not get it, the email either never arrived or (more likely) ended up in your spam filter. Add CAR@mikeversteeg.com to your spam filter's whitelist to make sure activation emails are received.

I checked the logs and your request was received and a key was returned, so the FAQ above is likely what happened. Make sure to disable all spam filters as they are seeing the key as spam. Also add the whitelist. After that resend the activation request and wait for a reply. A reply will always be sent, even if the robot does not understand your email.

Just sent another email with the code in it now. Another question is "Do I leave the subject text blank?" as I assumed I would but one of the times I tried (the second time I believe) i added the code as the subject text too just incase it helped.

I don't know if its cause I use Hotmail but i'll reply tomorrow if I am still yet to recieve a email.

Just got it now, thanks for your help Mike. Not to sure as to why however I did add the CAR@ email to my contact list and it seemed to work.
