I just started using the API through MonoMidi, but I am somewhat at a loss in regard to the commands. Is there some documentation for the actual commands and what they do? I need to integrate powerpoint and need to advance slides.

Yes, I read both. Neither one, however explains how to write commands such as they are listed in the wiki for monomidi, ie video switcher, program1, on, true.
For instance, what would be the command to advance powerpoint1 one slide? |

I don't have vb in front of me but it should be something like:
Apiwrite powerpoint 1, next --- Sent from mobile device.

Monomidi is a third party app and as such not supported here. You can try contacting its creator and work out some support deal?

Mike,
How about a compilation of the available API commands themselves? |

Exactly. I know that I just started trying to use the API, but the first thing I did was start a text file of the commands I could find that worked....all three of them.
