Default Vidblaster 3.14 Video too fast

We upgraded to 3.14 from 2.27, which worked well. No other changes were made as the previous profile loaded in 3.14. The recording of this mornings' service is way too fast. Video appears to be double speed and audio only is heard every once in a while. Both the saved video file from the recorder and the temporary file appear the same.

Not sure what we do not have properly set to make the recording so fast.

Thanks for all the help!

Pastor Rich

Default Followup

I uploaded the raw video to dropbox for anyone to check out if it helps in diagnosing the issues.

Pastor Rich, I upgraded all the way from ver 1.36 to 3.11 and then progressed to 3.15 and I am not having these issues.

Heres a couple of thoughts;
1. Hard drive getting full?
2. Is you Recorder temp file saving to same place as before?

Here is Good Shepherd's worship service directly uploaded from master MPG file(after "save" on Recorder of course) to vimeo. Take a look and skip around if you like.

Good luck figuring it out.

Thank you for your reply. Hard drive has plenty of space, we routinly off load files to a network bu drive. The temp files are in the same location as in 2.27.

I did some checking this evening before our College Bible Study. When I reduced the resulution of the monitor it began to record properly. Which really does not make sense to me. I keep investigating.

P.S I love your opening screen as your service Begkns.

thans for tne help.

Rich

Delete Recorder(s) and reload new recorder module and save profile.

OK, I have it working, but not entirely sure why it does now work. I changed the video resolution which reset the modules. following that it worked properly.
I have also since deleted the recorder and reloaded the recorder. I will test further by setting it back to the original resolution.

Thanks for all the help!

Rich
